Served as General Manager of an industrial manufacturer with full P&L responsibility, delivering significant efficiency and supply chain gains through organizational alignment, continuous improvement cultures, and executive-level operational leadership.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

20 years as engineer and investor spanning industrial engineering, finance, and software engineering. Excels at identifying inefficiencies, challenging long-held assumptions, and building practical solutions—often writing the production code himself. Track record includes high-frequency trading systems, risk management platforms, redesigned logistics networks, re-engineered production lines, and Lean methodology implementations. Combines risk-aware decision-making with end-to-end thinking and hands-on technical execution to drive results.
